Pine Ridge Imports changed management due to a retirement. The new Manager doesn't match the good qualities of the former. The former honored my service contract and kept it on file. I mention ed the service contract to the new manager months ago (and several times) and he never said a word that they wouldn't work through that any longer. I had an electrical issue, and mentioned today that they have that information on file and that's when he informed me they didn't want to be bothered with that any longer. Well - that really upset me, because I have tire and wheel on that also, which I mentioned when I came in with those issues, and ended up paying for all of it out of pocket - which some of that very expensive situation would have been covered, but the service contract won't cover after the fact. All he could recommend is to go to Mercedes dealership - which is the last thing I prefer. I found another reputable company. My last experience and this one was sub-par. The last time I went they claimed there was nothing wrong with my car = however the tires were not balanced and there was a bubble or protrusion. We had a repair that cost 2499$ and quoted only $600 for water coolant leak. No information ahead of time for the repairs .that was done aside from the main issue which is the leak in water coolant. Then 2 days later after the car was taken back the steering oil started to leak . Very obvious that the car was not properly fix , had no issue with power steering before. Will never go back to this dishonest place.

I scheduled my B maintenance service for my Mercedes. They did the work in a timely fashion, called when ready and charged me a fair price. I was very pleased. If I had a complaint it would be that the car was still dirty when I picked it up. With a car wash next door I’d think a deal could be made between the owners to clean cars up before completion was finished. Other than that I was very pleased and highly recommend them and their work.

I took my car here to get a headlight replaced and they did a fantastic job, very fast and efficient. They where very professional and understanding. I appreciate I will definitely recommend!!

It was my first visit. Rich introduced me to your services and welcomed me appropriately. Val serviced my vehicle efficiently and took the time to show me and explain to me what he did and potential future issues. He was very knowledgeable. Ted checked me out and explained my vehicle’s condition fairly. He made recommendations honestly in my opinion, with common sense and no hard sell. Very refreshing! I will certainly return to this shop for all of my future service and repair needs. Bob Dobies
